  • Hundred Hills School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing faculty. Someone inspired to help shape the foundational years of a new and thriving school community with warmth, presence, and reverence.

    We’re Looking for Someone Who:

    • Is a certified Waldorf early childhood teacher

    • Has experience leading a Waldorf early childhood classroom 

    • Brings a deep love for young children and a strong understanding of their developmental needs

    • Demonstrates inner strength, warmth, and presence in holding the class rhythm and space

    • Possesses excellent communication, written, and organizational skills

    • Works collaboratively with colleagues and parents to build a healthy school community

    Your Role Will Include:

    • Leading the daily and weekly rhythm of the kindergarten classroom

    • Creating an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and wonder through imitation and intentional activity

    • Planning seasonal festivals, songs, stories, and crafts

    • Partnering with parents in support of the child’s growth and home-school connection

    • Collaborating with fellow faculty and contributing to the school’s growth and vision

    • Guiding assistants with mentorship and grace

  • Hundred Hills School is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and inspired Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood faculty.

    Our preschool program is held with intention: gentle rhythms, seasonal songs, joyful play, handwork, outdoor exploration, nourishing snacks, and meaningful imitation.

    We’re Seeking a Teacher Who:

    • Holds a Waldorf Early Childhood Teaching Certificate

    • Has experience working in a Waldorf preschool setting

    • Brings a warm, steady, and joyful presence to the classroom

    • Understands the developmental needs of children ages 2–4 and works in harmony with them

    • Has strong skills in rhythm, storytelling, puppetry, circle work, and nature-based play

    • Can cultivate a beautiful, simple classroom environment filled with care and intention

    • Communicates compassionately with parents and colleagues, and values community building

    • Approaches teaching as a path of inner development and lifelong learning

    Your Role Will Include:
